Lavender Fields in Provence were in full bloom by the time we got there. We literally planned our entire trip so that Provence would fall near the end of June and we’d be able to see these fields in its full glory. It was truly breathtaking. I thought sunflower fields were the most beautiful fields until I saw lavender fields. They were endless for miles and they were just picture perfect. :)
More of Tuscany here! We saw this beautiful chapel from a distance, sitting on top of a hill, sandwiched between cypress trees, and had to get as close to it as possible. It’s called the Madonna di Vitaleta Chapel. The photograph could barely do it justice though – it was truly a gorgeous sight. Newly listed at our shop! :) Happy weekend!
Let’s take a little break from the horses and move on to these window shutters. My husband will never understand why I take photographs of beautifully tattered window shutters — he thinks they’re hideous, particularly the tattered ones that you see in places like Italy and Portugal. But to me, they’re gorgeous! Beauty is certainly subjective and in the eye of the beholder. :)

Quick post tonight! Another one from the Camargue! I have not had a chance to get this listed in the shop but will do so this week. :)
Tonight’s post is a bit of a personal update! Thought I’d share a shot of my husband and I in southwest, Iceland! These photographs are never quite perfect when taken by a stranger but we make the best of it. :)
I am going back to work tomorrow after an amazing year with my MBA journey. It has truly been an incredible past 12 months and I wouldn’t trade it for the world, but now I am just ecstatic to go back to work! And this lucky girl will be managing the Old El Paso brand, which couldn’t be any more fun! Who doesn’t love Mexican food? :)
Also, in about a month’s time, our new home renovations will be commencing! The second half of 2015 is going to be a seriously exciting time. It might be even more exciting than the first half and that’s a crazy thing to say given that the first half of this year has been INCREDIBLE. Life is so good; God is so good to us and we count our blessings daily.
I’ll be back again soon with more new prints! xo
or the day runs you.
There will be a series of these prints coming up. These Camargue horses are just beautiful creatures! We’ve just listed this in the shop. :)
Here she is – one of the gorgeous white Camargue horses we got to photograph on our trip. :) Few things are as beautiful as a horse running free. This is newly listed at our shop!
The first time I visited Florence, I never had a chance to go up the hill to see the city from the top. The second time around, I made sure I did. Twice. It is so beautiful. The Santa Maria del Fiore is just grand. We also went up to the top of Santa Maria del Fiore itself — it was quite the climb but one that was worthwhile. :) This is newly listed at our shop!
More airplane prints! I had my eye on these three planes when they were on the ground. And of course, they completely stole my heart when they hit the air.
I will be back at full speed and very active in about a week’s time with an official launch note on the site and a debrief on the amazing One of a Kind Show experience! We’re just currently under a rock, fulfilling custom orders and still tweaking a few areas on the site (so if you see anything funny, rest assured that we’re on it), but just wanted to post a quick note! <3
