If I Was You by Far East Movement; Every place I’ve traveled to has a song. This one is Las Vegas.
I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ by Scissor Sisters; An old but sweet song that I forgot about.
This is me.
And have seen the real Eiffel Tower. But something about fake Paris in Las Vegas that still blew my mind? I went up the tower to see a view of Vegas from the top and then watched the fountain show at the Bellagio from the top as well. Stunning.
I am really, really busy and falling behind on my photo things. I still need to photograph my postcards and post them here and on Etsy. I still need to edit photos from an engagement photoshoot and a newborn photoshoot. I’m three orders behind on Etsy. And I have a full time job. I need to be an octopus at this rate.

I want to get on a plane and fly somewhere else. But for now, I’ll just hit the road and drive somewhere far.
Las Vegas is everything that everyone has hyped it up to be. The place is Times Square on steroids and is just wild and is the epitome of sin and vanity. Although it would never in a million years be my kind of city, I can appreciate what it’s all about and temporarily fall in love with it. My girlfriend and I covered a lot of ground, beyond the strip, for some great photography that I think will sell like hot cakes on Etsy. My cousin also drove up from Los Angeles and we cruised through the Arizona deserts together to see the Grand Canyon, which, by the way, is absolutely majestic. On the way back to Nevada, we caught the beautiful sunset, pulled over to the side of the open road and got a little photo-happy, so I’ll start you off with this photo of me, strolling (or pretending to) along the country road. That same night, when we got back into Vegas, I made it a point to drive back and forth through the strip and through Fremont Street (Old Vegas) and it had to have been the most exciting drive of my life.
One of the best feelings in the world, for me, is coming home from a vacation and having thousands of photos to go through. You think you know how excited it makes me, but you have no idea. :)
Sit tight! Tons of new photos coming.

Another plane? Yes, I love my planes. I am leaving for Vegas tomorrow evening. This is my last post for the week until I come back on Sunday, but I promise you new and beautiful travel photos. This is the last trip of 2011, then it’s time to plan next summer’s trip. See a little bit of the world a year at a time. Seriously. Do it while you’re young because I’ll bet that travel experience in your youthful 20s will be the best ones. The experience will be different in your 30s, 40s, 50s. I came across this article: 3 Reasons to Travel While You’re Young. Read it and get inspired.
For ETSY: Shop and cart as usual! Your orders will be processed on Sunday and shipped out on Monday or Tuesday evening next week. I’m at 188 sales. Can you believe it? It looks like we’re in top shape to hit 200 sales before 2012. :)
Back in a bit! xo

I can’t stand the darkness. That’s it. I’m moving to California.
Pulled up an old hot air balloon photo. Have to bear with these old photos until I return from Vegas with fresh ones.
ONE WEEK ’til VEGAS. Photoshoots in Sin City. I will sin so badly with my camera. I NEED new travel photos.
Because they make photos like this. This is a U.S. Air Force Thunderbird.
I skipped a photo yesterday because I slack on Fridays.
I have a Black Tie rendezvous tonight at the Teddy Bear Affair. Who doesn’t love to dress up? I’m more excited to dress up than to go to the actual event, ha!
