I love little houses in the middle of nowhere. They’re so picture-esque! I know it’s only Monday but I can’t wait for the best weekend coming up. The Best.

My growing collection of shabby chic decor. A vintage chair with a huge personality that I grabbed at an antique show (you can tell it has been painted over a million times), along with an original handmade burlap bunting that I bought from Etsy, and an antique book from 1910 that I found at a garage sale. This all makes me very happy.

I’ve been rushing through these posts lately. I have way too many things to squeeze into such a teeny tiny after-work time frame from 6:30pm to midnight (6:30pm is when I usually get home). And I absolutely have to stay up until midnight to finish everything I need to do. And then wake up at 7am for work. Am I really that busy or am I making myself that busy? Probably the second part. But surely it feels good to be busy.

Aren’t these giraffes adorable? I posted this print for sale just for a colleague of mine who was avid about purchasing three fuzzy cute animal-related prints. When I’m forced to dig through my archive of photos, I end up with pleasant surprises like this. :)

I’ve got a bit of colour from playing with the sun all weekend. :) The sun, the heat, the blue skies, and the puffy white clouds, overwhelm me with uncontainable joy. I just want to be outside all the time. And I dream about California. (I know I’ve got Paris below, but how often do my blabbers actually coincide with the photos I post? – Rarely. :))
