I’ve been to Niagara Falls a hundred times as a kid but never truly appreciated its magnificence until my adult years. It’s absolutely majestic, especially with that rainbow going across it. There’s a quote that goes, “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart“. However, wonders of the world can be an exception. We truly don’t have to look too far for beautiful things.
Some favourite rainbow quotes of mine:
“Life throws challenges and every challenge comes with rainbows and lights to conquer it.”
“Sometimes it’s important to work for that pot of gold. But other times it’s essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow.”
My birthday weekend just passed! I’m another year older and another year wiser (hopefully). :) It has been such an exciting year already and we’re barely halfway in and it just keeps on giving. I am officially in trip preparation mode and home renovation project planning mode – so much fun. And then I also have to start gearing back up for work – I can’t wait to be back with the folks at General Mills.
There are a lot of existing pictures of Niagara Falls everywhere but rarely do you catch a unique double-rainbow on a photo. For more pictures of Niagara Falls from my nostalgic collection, click here!
